Have been following your videos for a course. Very simple and informative. Thank you Professor.
Where can I get the database to practice with you?
greate lecture, sync ppts with audio, so less views for so much content.
My first impulse would have been to smash my laptop but I guess checking the Varchar would be worth trying.

There's a mistake on your GuessMyNumber solution, it was supposed to choose a random number between 1 and 5 but it chooses a random number between 1 and 6. thank you for the lessons I'm really learning alot!
Excellent video. Cheers
After watching over 10 videos, this video is by far the best explaining Group By. Thanks 🙏
Thanks Fudgey, great tutorial!
Kinda confusing but I am a newbie so I will save this and get back to it till it makes sense. Thanks for the vid. Jupyter looks very user friendly for a newbie like me.

The way you teach is very goood. It is helping me to understand the mistakes I have made in my code.
Very helpful. I ran into a lot of those issues with joining tables and not making sure the joining columns were not duplicates.
Crystal clear, thanks 🏅

This has nothing to do with making coffee!
😀Thank you!!!
This playlist is an excellent introduction to these topics! Thank you for contributing them. How do you recommend handling *time* when mapping out entities and attributes for the data models, starting with conceptual? For example, I want to construct a model of our org structure which changes on occasion, and only pieces change at any given point in time. Pretend the hierarchy is Company/Business/Unit. Many units in one business at a moment in time, but names of either can change, alignment can change, and units or businesses can be created or removed (e.g. two units merge, or a business is divested to another company). At the conceptual stage, I'm picturing a BusinessUnitAlignment associative entity with Date Started and perhaps Date Ended attributes. Or do we ignore that at the conceptual and logic models, and deal with it in implementation?
hi mike im getting an error on the public static String monthName
42:42 why is it relational model and not key?
You have helped me a lot. You are a great teacher, keep it up!
you are the best sir. i learned java from your lectures. now i am starting python. i hope these are as good and as thorough as your java lectures. keep up the good work sir. god bless you.
Had an assignment that uses Jupyter presented as if we were supposed to know what we were doing already and I'd never used it beyond editing specific parts of files in a stats course, so I had no idea how things worked. This helped a lot.
These are the easiest videos to watch. They're short, straight to the point, and fully explain a concept with concrete examples. I've been watching them while working out in my garage and both my body and rdb knowledge are exhibiting momentous gainz. I just setup referential integrity between body and mind.
